As a Leasing Analyst, you are responsible for planning a leasing strategy, coordinate, negotiate, and market research/intelligence, coordinate and foster strategic relationships with property agents and prospective tenants
Requirements :
- Min. S1 Business / Economy Management / Marketing / Architect
- Min. 2 years working experience in related fields
- Placement in MA - Sudirman / SDK - TB. Simatupang
Responsibilities :
- Looking for new tenants (leasing offline) by planning a leasing strategy, coordination, negotiation, and market research/intelligence
- Coordinate and foster strategic relationships with property agents and prospective tenants
